Private Studio.

Best for: individuals or collectives interested in one of our private studio spaces for medium to long-term use.

Private studios are located upstairs and have excellent natural light and white gallery walls.

Storage shelves and plan drawers are available for use.

The downstairs practice studio and project studio is also available for tenants to use when they are not otherwise booked.

The studios currently have no doors or climate control, we can facilitate these depending on the requirements of the tenancy

*Minimum 4 weeks rent. Includes usual amenities such as electricity, water, internet as well as access to the kitchen, shower facilities, and shared workspace. It does not include bond (2 weeks rent). T&C’s apply.

Project Studio.

Best for: Short term small to medium size events, talks or exhibitions.

Our studio is your oyster - Our largest space can be configured as you wish. We have additional seating, exhibition furniture including a configurable moving wall, four workbenches, kitchenette, and a bar. The space is great for a small event, showcase or exhibition.

Use of the Practice studio workshop spaces is available if not otherwise booked, however may incur an additional fee.

Includes usual amenities such as electricity, water, internet as well as access to the kitchen.

$350 any 4 days: 11am - 11am

$200 Weekend (Sat+Sun) + de/install days (please enquire for public holidays)

$100 1 night : 11am-11am

Cleaning fee of $55 applies. Additional charges may apply for damage, repairs or repaint services to walls (including moving wall)

Print Studio

The print studio has a focus on water based / alternative intaglio and relief printmaking processes and risography, with an ambition to support papermaking and bookbinding. If you are interested in a longer, or more specific setup we are continually developing the space.
